Brenda Nomusa Molefe is a visionary entrepreneur, author, executive leader, and social impact advocate dedicated to empowering individuals through fashion, talent development, leadership, and community transformation.
With an MBA and extensive executive leadership experience, Brenda has built a career founded on governance, accountability, strategic thinking, and people development. She currently serves in senior leadership roles within the internal audit profession, where she champions ethical leadership, risk management, and organizational excellence.
Beyond the corporate environment, Brenda is a passionate advocate for talent discovery and empowerment. As the founder of Star Model and Talent (Star MTM), she created a platform designed to identify, develop, and showcase emerging talent while creating meaningful opportunities within the creative industry.
